As part of our philosophy of working with centres of excellence in different sectors of industry TTC has now launched a series of dedicated online courses for the bakery industry. These courses are created by the renowned Association of Cereal Research (AGF) in Detmold, Germany. Milling and Baking are the core focus of the work of AGF and over the past 70 years they have built up extensive global know how and expertise on all subjects related to this important sector of the food industry.
With international members across 15 countries AGF offers seminars for bakery staff wanting to further their professional knowledge within the industry. These new online courses focus on different aspects of the industry, including quality, hygiene management and dough technology. Further courses are planned on other topics within the milling and baking industry. The courses are currently available in German language but English versions will be developed and added in the coming months.
TTC and AGF strongly believe that creating such important technical material in an online form will enable baking professionals to successfully further develop their career in an efficient and practical way through partnering with acknowledged industry experts.
